our main focus is academics.

Will I have to pay the Access Ticket cost regardless of how long I stay?
Yes, you will.
Think about it like this…
You aren’t just paying to enter, you’re paying for the amenities, experience, and resources we provide daily.
Most students will come to the lounge after school for a minimum of 3 hours per day and, on the weekends, spend up to 5 hours.
No matter how much time is spent each student receives a meal, snacks, beverages, and unlimited access to all lounge amenities.
Why do I have to purchase a ticket to enter?
At TBE Homework Lounge, safety is our #1 concern.
For this reason, we strictly enforce a 30-student capacity in each lounge, and there are always 3-5 team members present at each lounge, which does not include Tutors or Student Life Coaches.
The lounge is monitored by voice and audio cameras, and we also require a general information form to be completed before entering, so that we have each student’s information on file.
In addition to these safety measures, an entry ticket must be purchased before every entry.
Each ticket comes with a unique code, so students have the option to securely scan in or tell us their name, and we can retrieve the ticket for them.
Taking these precautions allows us to be fully aware of who is in the lounge at all times.
In addition to maximizing safety efforts, our ticket purchase entry creates a VIP experience for each student who attends, which is our goal.
How can I access the lounge?
Complete a Student Information Form, which includes essential contact information and outlines TBE Homework Lounge expectations.
Read over the lounge policies and expectations, which are also listed on every lounge access ticket.
Purchase an Access Ticket, which redirects you to the Lounge Access Section of our website.
If the Student Information Form is not received, you will not be allowed entry.
What should I do if tickets are sold out for the day?
At each lounge location, we accommodate 30 students daily.
To secure an Access Ticket, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially if the desired date tends to sell out quickly.
We will not hold or reserve spots outside of our website, the only way to secure your reservation is by purchasing a ticket through the website.
What type of ongoing training does the team participate in throughout the year?
All TBE Homework Lounge Team Members are expected to earn their CPR/First Aid credentials.
Lounge Cooks must obtain their Food Handlers License and CPR First Aid credentials.
Youth Influencers, Impact Advocates, Student Life Coaches, and Tutors are provided with syllabi and curriculum manuals with built-in professional development.
